Conditional Capabilities/Settings

I am looking to see if its possible to have conditional items within the formatting options panel.

 

An example would be if a particular value was selected in a drop down the options below it would change to be relevant to that particular item?

I haven't tried this before. usually i use measure in conditional formatting as a workaroud.
