Column Chart with last year summary

hello, I would like to create a chart like the one below that shows:

the EoY summary for last year (2022)

and shows current year month by month,

Lines are cumulative values, please let me know if there are any ideas.

You would need to create summary tables and then union them.  Then you would use a line and clustered chart.
