Cannot Create App

When click on the button to Create the App , I keep getting once and again the following error message. Why is it? What can I do?

I'd like to suggest you share some more detailed information to help us clarify your scenario.

For example:

data source type, connection mode, detailed information of changes that you commit in this operation.
