Can't load model (PostgreSQL QueryUserError)

Hello,

 

I am trying to create a Power BI report connected to PostgreSQL using Direct Query.

It works perfectly in Power BI Desktop, but when I publish it to the web and try to open the report, I get the error message:

 

PowerBI service client received error HTTP response. HttpStatus: 400. PowerBIErrorCode: QueryUserError.

The PostgreSQL source doesn’t support encrypted connections.

 

In the Desktop version, I was able to connect without encryption.

How can I resolve this issue for the web version?
