Hi,
My Calendar Visual by MAC Software was displaying correctly, but it has suddenly become blank in my Power BI app on my Microsoft laptop and also on my iPad. However, when I access the report via app.powerbi.com, it displays normally.
I can’t identify the reason for this issue. Could you please help me with it?

I’ve tested this on my side, and the calendar visual appears to be working correctly. Please try clearing your Power BI app cache and then remove and re-add the visual to your report, as this can sometimes fix blank rendering issues. If the issue persists, consider submitting a support ticket with MAQ Software, since this is a third-party custom visual. You may also contact Microsoft support if you need further assistance.

I'd recommend checking the visual version, re-importing it from AppSource, and validating the license.
Since the visual works in app.powerbi.com but renders blank in both Power BI Desktop and the iPad app, this strongly indicates a compatibility or licensing issue with the Calendar Visual rather than a report issue.
