Hi @sdhn ,

Please create a measure as below to get it:

Annual Growth Rate =
VAR _fy1 =
    COUNT ( 'TD_IncBreach1FY'[Incident ID] )
VAR _fy2 =
    COUNT ( 'TD_IncBreach2FY'[Incident ID] )
RETURN
    ( _fy2 / _fy1 ) - 1

Hi @sdhn ,

You can create a measure as below to get it:

Annual Growth Rate =
VAR _begin =
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( Table[Value] ),
        FILTER ( Table, Table[Date] = DATE ( 2023, 7, 1 ) )
    )
VAR _end =
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( Table[Value] ),
        FILTER ( Table, Table[Date] = DATE ( 2024, 6, 30 ) )
    )
RETURN
    ( _end / _begin ) ^ ( 1 / [Number of Years] ) - 1

If the above ones can't help you figure out, please provide some raw data in your table  (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following link to share the required info:

And it is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
