Annual Growth Rate =

    COUNT ( 'TD_IncBreach1FY'[Incident ID] )
VAR _fy2 =
    COUNT ( 'TD_IncBreach2FY'[Incident ID] )
RETURN
    ( _fy2 / _fy1 ) - 1
