Bookmarks on Embedded when App Owns Data

Is there a way to create bookmarks on embedded when app owns the data?

 

We are passing the same user name from the external site to power bi, but want each user to have their own bookmarks on the external site.

 

Would this have to be created at the external site? If yes, then is there a way to pass the slicer selections to external site to store it for bookmarks?
