Automate graph creation (Power BI Embedded)

Hello

I would like to use PowerBI Embedded in an app where a user logs in and is shown graphs relating to a product the user has purchased. I want to have the same graphs display in another users home screen, except displaying data for that users product instead. 

When creating a new user in my app, is it possible to automate the creation of the graphs (linking to new databases related to the new user).
