PBI Change Company Email address (domain Tenant)

Good day,

I am new to this and have little experience on the administration side of PBI

My company is changing email addresses (domain etc) with a new or changed tenant

what should i be doing to get users to login using their new email addresses?

Change gateway & New AD synchronise or ?

Please help and provide steps on how to start
