Assistance with Post json over https

If I have a online service that allows me to export data with the following options:

Format & Transportation: JSON over HTTPS
HTTPS Method: Post

HTTPS URL:

Is there a good way to update a power bi dataset with the json data whenever it automatically sends it? (could be every 5 mins)

What kind of power bi dataset do I need to set up?

There is no URL to get the data from, just this service that sends it.

Am I correct in thinking I can use:

is there a reason why I can not just add the url it gives me to the url field on my original posts options?
