This is a very weird issue. I have an apps own data embedded solution. In that solution I am dynamically creating a URL that takes the user to a specific ticket. So say you have a table with a list of Ticket's in it. THe URL will allow the user to click on a ticket (if they add it to the view) and it will take them to that part of the app.
THe URL is just something like: https://MYCOMPANY.com/Ticket/View.aspx?ID=1238450 (not the real link but gives an idea of what it does)
THis was working but now if a user clicks on the link they are logged out of our system. If I copy the link take it to another open area of our app and paste it, it works.
We use this link in all sorts of other applications with no issues. But for whatever reason if someone clicks on it from within the embedded report they get logged out.
Does anyone have any idea as to why this would occur? Does embedded power bi do anything when rendering a URL?
We believe the issue is the "noopener noreferrer" that is here... not sure how that is added or how to remove

Hi @Don-Bot,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. I have identified several alternative workarounds that may assist in resolving the thread.
The issue you're encountering where clicking a link within the embedded Power BI report logs users out is likely related to how Power BI renders URLs in visuals. When using the App Owns Data model, Power BI automatically adds rel="noopener noreferrer" to links for security reasons. This can disrupt session continuity, especially if your app relies on referrer headers or certain cookie behaviours.
This behaviour is by design and currently cannot be modified within Power BI visuals. As a potential workaround, we recommend reviewing how your app handles session authentication in cross-origin or embedded scenarios and consider managing navigation from the host application layer where you have more control.
Kinly refer to the following link for better understanding:
