Action button on hover image Json Theme

I am trying to put together a theme for the action button, but have not figured out the right syntax to set the Default State  image, On Hover, and On Press outline theme. Can the picture be online? Below is what I have so far.  Anybody have an example?  Thanks.

PS: Is there any place where I can see all the features up to date?

HI @BirhanAYDS,

I don't think it is possible to use a theme file to achieve your requirement.
According to your description, it sounds more related to custom visual designs to add a custom action about mouseover events.
