API Connection errors - Forbidden or needs API Key Name

Hi, 

I'm trying to connect to a new API and in the past I've simply selected 'Get Data from Web' popped in the URL and then the API Key in Web API section to authenticate. 

This time I'm getting an error saying "A web API Key can only be specified when a web API key name is provided". The question is where do I add this? I've tried before the key, after the key, as part of the URL to no avail. 

I've searched the posts and others suggested adding the API Key as the User Name in Basic, but this comes up with a message stating accessing the content is forbidden. 

Any ideas?

I've just tried and I can connec to the API in R and see data.
