ALM Toolkit down?

Is anybody else having issues with ALM Toolkit? I can't open it, and the website has been down for the past week.

I checked again when you replied from my home and it still didn't work.

However, this morning it works.

Was an issue for almost 2 weeks both at work and at home, so a bit confusing. But solved I guess
