I have submitted a support ticket; though we have an enterprise support plan with Microsoft, unfortunately, the support reps from Mindtree Ltd. are generally very slow to provide steps that are actually relevant to our issue.

To raise a support ticket for Fabric and Power BI, kindly follow the steps outlined in the following guide:

Since you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Make sure to mention the tenant id and the region.
