write element of a column on one line

Hello!
i have a situation like the one below:

Giuditta_Davini_0-1668426556296.png

where i have an id column that is not unique and one or more names (generally strings) linked to it.
i want to have a custom column that for each unique id gives me all the FullName linked to them. like below

there is no limit on how many full names are linked to one id, so i tryed something avoiding cross joins.
i have no preferences in having this syntax in DAX or in power query. i think in dax is more easy than power query but maybe it's not... can someone give me a hint?

You could try this as a calculated column

All Names =
CALCULATE (
    CONCATENATEX ( 'Table', 'Table'[Full name], ", " ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[id] )
)
