why power bi does not show most current version of a gsheet?

hi. I have a power bi file with gsheet source of ~10000 rows. even after many refreshings it won't show more then ~5000. The gsheet is not too big.
l use no filters at any point.
thanks for your help!

There is a suggestion on line that you set the "rows to fetch" number higher than your actual number of rows
