value conversion error

Guys, hello!
Can anyone clear my doubt about an error?
I'm making an API call, I created a function where I declare that a parameter (page) is number, so when I invoke the function it returns the following error

When I change the page parameter to text, I can invoke the function, so I change the code to bring me a pagination and access it and expand the contents of the list, the result is the same

Could anyone tell me why this could happen?

@kafreitass , I think pagina requires text,

Try like

pagina = Number.ToText(page)
