I'm attempting to enable drillthrough from a Map visual. I have the Lat & Lon filled out, and a simple field filled out for the legend. It's working great. But I want to drill through to another page...

Community ChampionDrill thru primarily works with the field which is part of the visual. Hence it wont work the way you want.
However try creating a slicer and sync slicers between the pages and see whether you will able to achieve!
