I have ID column the formate of it is Text, and ID column has many repetead ID's, I wan to cleare a new column with only distinct ID's.

New table = distinct(table[Column])
You can join your table as dimension

You need to create a new table instead of new measure or column. Click new table on modeling tab.
Unique ID = Distinct('sheet1'(IDcolumn))
You have to get a new table
New table = distinct(table[Column])
You can join your table as dimension

Create new column with below DAX:
Distinct ID = CALCULATE(DISTINCT(table[IDcolumn]))

Thanks for your rpl but I am not getting distinct values instead I am getting same values as it was there in ID column.
