Hi,
I have taken Sample data from XL file as source Data and also Destination data removed some columns from destination data, source data was same as that , now I want to match the two table data count based on different columns and have to build the report using these two tables, both tables have many to many relationship , how can I achieve this , Please tell me is there any way to solve this scenario .

I created some data:

Display the data of Group=1 in Table 1 and YES/NO=Yes in Table 2
Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Create measure.
Flag =
var _1=
CALCULATE(
MAX('Table2'[YES/NO]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Index]=MAX('Table2'[Index])))
return
IF(
_1="Yes"&&MAX('Table'[Group])="A",1,0)
2. Place [Flag]in Filters, set is=1, apply filter.
3. Result:
