unable to move data to one level up in hierarchy matrix

attached sample excel data attached my power bi hierarchy view
I want to move data with into the 2nd level instead of 3rd level

I have created a simple sample, please refer to my pbix file to see if it helps you.

Create a measure.

Measure = var _1=CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Data Width]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[Technology]=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Technology])&&'Table'[Part name]=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Part name])))
return
IF(ISINSCOPE('Table'[Part name]),_1,BLANK())
