unable to get my url to filter into the destination file

Hi Experts

Having a nightmare with the following pbix file. see link.

the pbix file has two tabs the link i am trying to click to get to the destination file is in tab Company details.

the second tab contains the file i which to publish to BI Service and filter on based on the filter criteria from the first tab.

so if i publish the second tab and get the url and paste this into my URL measure and make my selections on the filters tab company details those should be reflected in the file published to services.

i have tried to ways to contruct the URL if you look in the URL Measure table you'll see the two version. unable to get them to work

i have read that several times including the article by Kasper de jong, cannot see my error. going mad at the moment.
