some syntax help

Measure = CALCULATE(view[MC],NOT (ISBLANK(view[CL])), ISBLANK(v_C]))

than I have a new computed column that returns string, but I want to have the count of this new computed column ( view[newcolumn] and add it to the end of my measure, and I am not succesful

CALCULATE (
    COUNT ( view[NewColumn] ),
    FILTER ( view, NOT ( ISBLANK ( view[CL] ) ) && ISBLANK ( view[v_C] ) )
)
