Can you please provide more info with screenshots, input and required output in table format for the community so that you ask can be better understood and resolved quickly.
I have 2 tables :
- a header table Ticket(IdTicket, summarize, Creation-Date, IdStatus)
- detailed table Status (IdStatus, oldStatus, New status, IdTicket)
I need to find records on the Stauts table based on the IdTicket selected.
The IdTicket, appears in a report filter, and when I click on the IdTicket that interests me to select it. Once selected, this filter acts on the Status table to display only the records corresponding to the IdTicket selected.
My problem is that this operation requires retrieving more than 2 million lines, and it does not work well. I would like to be able to click on my IdTicket filter, and the selected value will be passed as parameter of a query that only fetch the values that interest me.
