sharing .pbix without data?

I have a .pbix which is very heavy. (I am consuming 3 very big tables)

I would like to share it without so many data.... The person receiving it can then hit 'refresh' and start downloading the data.

How can achieve this?

@Anonymous , Export your report as a Power BI Template file and share it with your users.
