Unable to drag fields

beginning very recently, I cannot drag fields from the fields pane...anywhere. The ellipsis drop menu still allows me teo scroll down and add that field. 

 

For example, Left click hold, and drag a field to filters. the field doesnt drag.

    Anonymous , That is strange.

    Can you share a sample file.

     

    Also, make sure you are on lastest version
