scatter chart plotting issue

this is the top right corner of my enhanced scatter chart, and its cutting off my hightest value, it also doesn't provide a label like the others, why does this go off the page, its very annoying any idea how to correct this - doesn't seem obvious as to where i can stop this ive tried.  I dont want to hard code scale because i dont know what he future might bring

Unfortunately for now that visual needs hardcoded Start/End values for the axis.

Hi- in the marketplace demo this feature is shown using some images of websites with the bubbles on top.

Like in the video, I can get the background to swap out but I cannot replicate the x/y min and max behaviour. The sample file is not the one used in the demo.

I have a similar model that is in the video but without measures. Can anyone help replicate the video?
