Index Help

Hi all, I have loads of data and I want to create an index in power that restarts at each team. I want the lastest date to be 1 and then each date after increment by 1, the table below is how I would want the index to work

Index	Date	Team
1	10/01/2020	Three
2	05/01/2020	Three
3	01/01/2020	Three
4	07/01/2020	Three
1	06/01/2020	Two
2	04/01/2020	Two
3	01/01/2020	Two
1	03/01/2020	One
2	02/01/2020	One
3	01/01/2020	One
