"Values" option missing under visualisations

Hi! This is driving me nuts, when I select the bar and column chrats, I cannot se the "Values" section. It does show up whern I select Full and Pie Chart, for example, so I know it exists.

Since I am a new learner, it is possible that there is an equivalent function in Power BI that I just don't know about. But in the tutorial video I am watching, it's there. I have added screenshots below of what I see and what is shown in the tutorial respectively below. Any help would be greatly apprecitaed.

Not all graphs have the text box values to add them test depends on what you want to use different graphs.
