quarter and year on columns -matrix

Dear all,

I need to compute some measures yearly and Quarterly . and compare calculated values for current year and previous year like this:

I have data table and dimdate(contains quarter name column and year column).

I use a matrix with show on rows enabled to show measure names on rows and quarter name in columns and measures on values. when I filter company and year measures are computed per quarter. I want to add two columns for current year and previous year to compute measures yearly. 

I am not able to add years column. please help me if it is possible
