published report date slicer format changed to American from EU

Hi, my colleague tried to use one of reports that I published.
And for some reason all dates had changed to American format for him.

For me all dates are in EU format before or after publishing report.
I asked other colleagues to check and they do not have that problem.

I tried to do some format settings that only fixed only some of the problems.
Now dates in visuals are showing as EU format but date slicer is still in American format.

It partialy fixed according to him after he cleared browser cache.

Anyone know what could be the problem.

@powerbidev123 For the step number one I think he will see something liek this as I do since our company is managin account.

The only closest settign I could find was this:

I will try other steps and let you know.
