Hi @Anonymous,

You could create the measure below to get your right output.

Measure 2 =
VAR temp =
    MAXX (
        TOPN (
            1,
            SUMMARIZE (
                'S P H D',
                DateTable[Week Range],
                'DateTable'[Fiscal Year],
                'DateTable'[Month],
                "CountMRN", COUNT ( 'S P H D'[MRN] )
            ),
            [CountMRN], ASC
        ),
        [Week Range]
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( 'DateTable'[N D t W E] ),
        DateTable[Week Range] = temp
    )

This measure calculates the date next to the week range of the min count of MRN.

Hope this can help you!Smiley Wink

                'DateTable'[Fiscal Year],
                'DateTable'[Month],
                "CountMRN", COUNT ( 'S P H D'[MRN] )
            ),
            [CountMRN], ASC

        [Week Range]
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
