page header and footer in power bi

Hi Everyone,

I am not using paginated report. In my power bi report, I have around 20 pages with different visuals. I need a common header and footer. Can create a one time header and footer for power bi report which will printed for all the pages when exported to pdf. Kindly help.

I dont want to create individually header and footer for all the pages. is there any solution for this.

Thanks,

Pallavi

Hi All,

For this specific need, I ended up manually creating header and footer for each pages and added this as a idea in power bi community.

H @Uzi2019 , No, we do not need paginated report. This is not a use case for paginated report. There are10-15 pages are there in the report which has got different visuals. These visuals are not common across all the pages. But all these pages should have common header and footer. Say header tells the product name and footer - some other info across all pages. Is there a way / one time setting which will work for multiple pages. Thanks, Pallavi

Hi @pallavi_r

That is not really what PowerBI Desktop is used for.

I think you might want to check out Power BI Paginated reports:
