Please can you write your description more clearly in English.

Provide an example of your input data as a table not a screen print

and provide an example of your desired output.

With a clear step by step description of what you want.

Dont copy and paste DAX that does not work.  Explain how you want it to work. 

Please put time and effort into your problem description.
