SO, if you can see the data and the end users cannot, it is a permissions issue:
1. Check with your administrator of M365 or Office installations to see if these users have a Free Power BI License.

2. If the data is DirectQuery, make sure these users can access the data source.

3. If the data is ImportMode, then they either do not have permissions to the date set (semantic model), or something is wrong with their Workspace permissions.
4. If the model is different than the report, you need read permission on the model for those users.

Thank you @Anonymous  for your prompt reply.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on the information you have provided , your business users are encountering errors when trying to access reports. You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Ensure that all target users have been granted access to the workspace where the report is published. Users need to be added as members or viewers to access the content. You can read the documentation below for details:
Workspaces in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
  2. Since the report is located in the Advanced Workspace, make sure that the user attempting to access the report has the necessary permissions. For more details, please refer to:
What is Power BI Premium? - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
  3. Browser issues or cached data may cause unexpected errors. Ask the user to try accessing the report using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window. Also clearing the browser cache may resolve the issue.

Can you confirm that the user facing this issue has been granted access to the workspace and has the appropriate licence? Also as @Anonymous  said, it would be helpful to know the exact error message.

Best Regards,

Ada Wang
