multi-row card content invisible when I add more columns in fields

I created a multi-row card in my report, 5 columns were added in the card, all the content would turn to invisible if there is one column content is blank (Null), but if I put the column with blank content into a second multi-row card, it is visible showling '(Blank)', I don't understand why this column can't be added into the first multi-row card and showing this '(Blank)' info normally together with other columns, please help, thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,

Please enable the option "show items with no data" for the column 'Sales Item' in your scenario.

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on my test using the Power BI desktop version: 2.65.5313.1381 64-bit (December 2018). What is your version then? Could you please update to the latest one and try again? If the issue still occur, kindly share your pbix to me so that I can test it by my side. You can upload the file to one drive and share the link here.

My currently using version is 2.65.5313.621 64-bit (December 2018), I just upgraded it to the latest one 2.65.5313.1381, still not work. The data source is from database in Azure server, that database is created using Visual Studio thru deployment operation, now I split the 5 columns into two cards, 3 of them with content (not blank) in the first card and the rest 2 without content (blank) in the second card, both are showing normally, but if I try to move either one column from one another, it will make all columns content in the target card invisible, meaning that columns with content can't be showing correctly with blank columns together in multi-row card in some cases. Another interesting case is that right in another page/view of the same report, I have the similar multi-row card there showing normal with both columns with content AND without, if I copy that one to a new page, it still work! but if I want to creat a new card with exactly the same columns, issue occurred, all columns would dissappear.

I just find an easy way to reproduce this issue:

Step 1. Create a table with Excel as below,

test.jpg

Step 2. Load this table into PowerBI

Step 3. Create a slicer, and put the first column 'Sales Item' into field, so that you can select either one item

Step 4. Create a multi-row card, and put 3 columns 'Sales Item', 'P7', 'Volume' into field

Now you can start test, when you select 474911A in slicer, everything is showing correctly in the multi-row card, but when you switch to 474824A, then everything would dissapear in the card, try it!

I think this is a BUG of PowerBI even with the latest version of 2.65.5313.1381 64-bit (December 2018)
