Box Plots in Power BI

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a box plot for the client where in only the Min,Max and Median are required on the plot.

I have tried various box plots using custom visuals(one from Maq software and one from Brads Box plot), but there are no options to do that.

 

Also I dont get the "Don't Summarize" option when trying to create one. I'm always forced to choose an agregation which is against the purpose of showing a box plot.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

As far as I know, the results of a box visual contain many required value. Please refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Box_plot. 

Can you share a sample, please? Maybe we can find a workaround. Please mask the sensitive parts first.

Hello,

 

Here is some sample data.

So there will be 6 box plots by "Config Type" and "Type" and "Profit" Distribution to be plotted on Box plot.
