multi data Scatered bubble chart

 from the below data point i can able to bring Actual % in Y-axis and bubble size based on headcount, Band in X-axis - is there any workaround or visual to bring Modelled % also in the above visual where it has to represent in different colour, is this possible in Power BI?

    I created a Power BI report and I'm sharing it here. I unpivoted the percentages and built the report. Could you please check and let me know your feedback.
