Hello,
Is there any limit to the maximum number of pages a PBI report can have other than the 1GB dataset limit?
Thanks,
Nikesh

I'm sure there is probably a limit, mabye. I just created a PBIX with 250 report pages and didn't hit a limit yet.
It is worth notice that with more than 50 pages, it will not be possible to export to power point or to .pdf (online only, export on desktop works fine)
Hello,
I have addedd 1000+ pages to the Power Bi report. Doen't ask for limit, accepting adding pages.
Thanks,

If you save your reports as .PBIR the limit is 1000 pages

More than 100 pages in a report doesn't affect performance with a lot of graphs?
Hi @Greg_Deckler ,
I just created a PBIX with 250 report pages and didn't hit a limit yet.
Was it a sample made for test or a regural report for your customers?
I wonder how did you manage to organize a navigation between pages? My report has more than 100 pages. I'd be grateful if you share your experience in report structure/navigation/etc.
@Greg_Deckler and @Sergiy : eager to see the answer from Greg 🙂
Follow the this thread, next question: what is the max bookmarks per page? Thanks in advance
I didn't hit the limit (I am not sure that a limit exists). What realy makes development slow is the size of the model (the number of tables, columns and measures). When the model is huge I wait ~30sec on every change of the model.
@Sergiy do you have many bookmarks in 1 page? I'm building a lot of bookmarks, because I was thinking of navigation between too many pages, too. I'm building a complicated reports, I'm wondering the balance of nmbr of pages & nmbr bookmarks/page to optimum the report speed. Could you share your experiences?
I cannot confirm that the huge number of bookmarks slows down page rendering. Use Performance Analyzer to find out what may cause such troubles if you face them. What matters is the number of visible visuals on a page as well as how your DAX code is optimized.
Thank you!
