matrix lost data

hello, everyone!

I would like to ask for your help!

I have a data with more than 60000 rows, and most of the data(ICP) are less than 10, there are some abnormal data more than 500.The data is below picture!

And then I created a matrix to show all the data, but that abnormal data disapeared in the matrix, i didn't filter the matrix and the page, as below picture!

So what happend? I couldn't find the reason!!! Could you help me?

Hi @CatherineWang

As the abnormal data is on GRP M16 and M12, can you do a test to apply a filter on GRP to select only M16 and M12 on the matrix and check whether the abnormal data is shown? If they are shown correctly when the data point size is small, it may be due to the data point limit of Matrix. In that case, you need to reduce the data points to be displayed in the matrix. See Large datasets, data point limits, and data strategies - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

@CatherineWang , Check on the visual or somewhere in the visual property, does it shows ! mark. That can be because of exceeding data point issues.

Also, are you on the August 2022 version? I saw a similar issue yesterday too. Good to check if there is some issue at - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
