Table.SelectRows(incidents_table, each [createdon] >=  Date.StartOfMonth(Date.AddMonths(Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow()),-2)) and [createdon] <= Date.From(DateTime.LocalNow())),

    If you do not need the time pat of the date column, you can remove the time as I showed below. Do it before filtering the dates
