I have two columns:
Actual Planned CountTheRow
P1                   10        2              1
P2               6         10                1
P3               5                            1
P4                            12            1
I would normally use something like this:
if(isnum(Actual),1,if(isnum(Planned),1))
So if P1 has either a Planned or an Actual amount - the row is counted,
Also: wh is it so hard to type into this section?  Tab and returns are odd???

Hi @Anonymous
You could do
IF( NOT( ISBLANK( [Actual] ) ) || NOT( ISBLANK( [Planned] ) ) ,1 ,0)
Thank you - this is very strange - I am translated into Spanish? And I cannot press tab or enter ... I think it is because I am the opposite part of the globe?
Already
I think I need lessons on how to use this interface ... let alone power BI!
