if statement Plus Count

I have two columns: Actual Planned   CountTheRow P1                   10        2              1 P2               6         10                1 P3               5                            1 P4...

You could do

IF( NOT( ISBLANK( [Actual] ) ) || NOT( ISBLANK( [Planned] ) ) ,1 ,0)

Thank you - this is very strange - I am translated into Spanish? And I cannot press tab or enter ... I think it is because I am the opposite part of the globe?

    Every post here is translated from english to spanish and vis-a-varsa.

    Your post is also in english. Click the icon 

    on top right of this window you will see both posts. Right now there is no way to switch of spanish.

    Anonymous , you will get both the English and Spanish messages. just check the correct ticket in your profile.
