hyperlink creation using an ID

Hi, 

I am trying to create a dashboard that lists our open orders.  Our data base has the order ID for each line, but I need to add the first part of the web address that is fixed.  The ID is unique to each order.  I cant figure out how to make a new column that also has the combination of the two and make the hyperlink.

example is www.website.com/order/**************************

The bold is what I will have to add to each ID in the table. The astrix are the order ID that is in the table.  How can I join the prefix to the order ID?
