how to unfreeze the pane in matrix visual

Hi, I am trying to show values in a matrix.  My rows in the matrix are frozen and I am ot able to see the values in the pivot/matrix properly. How to unfreeze the rows pane?

@KV2022 , if you talking about row columns, I doubt that. You need to use the scroll. For vertical, you remove the stepped layout and move grand total

I removed the step layout and totals values. I was asking about the row columns only. Thanks anyway.
