how to make relationship between folder data and excel data

Hi,

I Got data from excel sheet and I got some images in my folder. Images folder having a column called name and excel sheet also having the column called name.

I make a relationship between those two but I filter it in my report its not filtering the data.

Can anyone give a solution to this.

One possible cause of behaviour like this is that the relationship was created in the wrong direction. Filters flow from one table to another in the direction of the arrow on the relationship line.

Hi,

Please find the attched relationship I created.

ANC user List mean, I got that data from folder. Those are my images.

External Outbound data I got from Excel sheet.

So which column from which table are you using to group by in your visual and which column from which table are you aggregating?

Hi,

I created grpahs using the Ecternal outbound data.

And I use Chiclet Slicer to filter the Caller ID in ANC User list.

When i select user name in Chiclet slicer the graphs are not changing,

Hmm, I'm not really sure why that would not work. It looks like the relationships are correct for that type of filtering. do you have a custom measure or are you just using an implied measure over a column?
