Hi,
Below calculated column returns "Early" if column [Visits_ActStart] is less than column [Visits_StartTime].
However, it also returns "Early" if [Visits_ActStart] is blank.
How can I modify this so it won't return "Early" if [Visits_ActStart] is blank.

You can use an extra condition for [Visits_ActStart] <> blank(), however, there is a better way to write down the column using SWITCH:
Punctuality = SWITCH(TRUE,
