how to dynamically group duplicated values in a column

Dear All, 

I have built a report with Dataverse audit logs table, showing the apps in PP environments and Dataverse for Teams environments shared with external users (guests). The dataverse table (audit logs) shows me the number of times the external user launched the app, such as Power App Launch 252602b-df6p-4a25-a4d7-159a66666 - 2023-07-31T06:36:28., so the data are shown multiple times (rows) in the report. 

Considering that all data in each column are dynamic, for instance I mean a new PP environment can be added in the report...

how can i aggregate the values in one line to make my report clearer?
